The Project Closure Plan captures all elements required to effectively close out the project. This includes all requirements specified by the client; staffing numbers, fleet and driver information. This process should commence before the live operational phase of the event. This process will start early in the project during Operational Planning (Phase 3) to enable the successful planning and collection of information required.
