He specializes in the mass movement of people for Mega Events and is often the face of MOTUS | ONE supporting ground operations globally.

High-quality execution and detailed safety planning are focal points of his work. Paul’s heads MOTUS | ONE's Planning Team which develops the technical design for all bid submissions and builds the initial operational plans for most projects. 

He is now sharing his knowledge with others through continual development and refinement of our Methodology and this online training platform.
